Team Leader – Queen Bee Production

Requirements:

• Proven and documented experience in professional queen bee production
• Ability to manage and train staff
• In-depth knowledge of selection and fertilization techniques
• Teamwork attitude and operational coordination in the field

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the entire queen bee production process
• Training and mentoring of less experienced staff
• Collaboration in seasonal planning and genetic selection

Experienced Beekeepers – Production of Nucleus Colonies, Bee Packages, and Queen Bees

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the production of nucleus colonies, bee packages, and/or queen bees
• Good manual skills, precision, and knowledge of modern beekeeping techniques
• Willingness to work in a team and in outdoor conditions

Responsibilities:

• Operational management of hives for the production of various beekeeping products
• Support in the selection and marking of queen bees
• Care for the health and well-being of bee colonies
