Many types of honey are available: rosemary, citrus fruits, millefiori di maggio, coriander, white clover, cherry, yellow cornflower, summer millefiori and thyme.

Specifically:

• il eucalyptus honey has a pronounced and pleasant taste, very reminiscent of caramel;
• il honey millefiori does not have a prevalent ingredient. Its taste is delicate and is characterized by an accented aroma, however, depending on the prevalence of the floral essences from which it originates;
• il thyme honey has a pleasant taste, due to the herbs, and an intense aroma.
