HOW TO START BREEDING BEES?

Beeswax and royal jelly are other products, whose demand is strongly growing. If you have passion in the sector, you can invest further, researching the appropriate place to breed and, consequently, to see the growth of bees. That in the vicinity there are fields and meadows flowed is a sine qua not, since the bees must still obtain the food necessary for their livelihood.
The most expensive investment is the one related to the laboratories dedicated to the production of honey: The essential equipment for the sorting, the fulfilment of all the parameters of sanitary nature, the respect of the aspects related to Safety are fundamental to market food.
How to get the resolution to produce and sell honey? There is a need for the medical suitability booklet and the fulfilment of the health safety regulations, fundamental to avoid risks to the consumer who will be informed about the characteristics of the product through labelling. If for the large producers of honey there is a need for a laboratory equipped and that respects everything that establishes the laws, for small producers, however, it is possible to rely, albeit briefly, on a small local housing (like a Kitchen). In the latter case, small producers can count on the exemption from the payment of VAT. Compliance with the rules is clearly fundamental in this case too.
