THE BUCKFAST QUEEN BEETHE BEEKEEPERS' FAVOURITE
The Buckfast queen bee has many positive characteristics that are favourable to beekeepers, in fact, it is very docile and prolific, robust (excellent resistance to disease), has little tendency to swarm and a good ability to produce honey. The main defects of queen bee Buckfast is the marked tendency to bind the combs with cerulean bridges, and the abundant application of propolis on the inner walls of the hive.
